How long do the meals stay fresh?
Our meals are designed to stay fresh for up to 5 days after delivery. We use specialized sealing technology and high-quality ingredients to ensure your salads and bowls remain crisp and delicious.
When will my order be delivered?
We deliver on set days based on your delivery zone. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link once your order is out for delivery, and our drivers will leave the insulated box at your doorstep.
Do I need to be home to receive my delivery?
No, you do not need to be home. Our meals are packed in insulated boxes with gel ice packs designed to keep your food at a safe temperature for several hours until you can transfer them to your refrigerator.
Can I skip a week or cancel my subscription?
Absolutely. You have full control over your subscription through your account dashboard. You can skip a week, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time before your weekly order cutoff.
Are your containers recyclable?
Yes, sustainability is a priority for us. All of our meal containers and outer packaging are 100% recyclable. We encourage our customers to rinse the containers before placing them in their local recycling bins.
How do you handle dietary restrictions or allergies?
Each product page features a full list of ingredients and common allergens. While we offer many gluten-free and vegan options, please note that our meals are prepared in a facility that also handles nuts, dairy, and wheat.
